Frequently Asked Questions
How do I obtain more information?
Just contact us by email through our website! Please tell us a little about yourself and the number of bedrooms you are interested in. We will be happy to tell you about our available units, send a floor plan and answer any questions.
How do I schedule a showing?
We are committed to giving you a comprehensive view of your apartment. We offer recorded video and Facetime tours, and when safety allows, we are scheduling in-person, masked, socially distanced showings.
Please reach out to us to request our short application, which includes a $25 per person application fee. If you are a current undergraduate student or do not meet our income guidelines, we will require a rental guarantor and send you the signature form. Your application is complete when all forms and fees are received.
Once your application has been accepted, it is time to sign the lease. This can be done electronically. At that time, your security deposit is also due. Once the lease is signed and security deposit is received, we’re all set!
How do you prepare the apartments for move in?
We professionally clean all of our apartments between tenants. Our handymen check all smoke detectors, CO detectors, light fixtures, appliances, windows and drains for proper operation. Our team will ensure that any nail holes or other wall damage is repaired. The electronic locks are programmed with your new code and prior codes are erased.
How do I pay my application fee, security deposit and rent?
We accept Zelle or you can mail a check to our office.
